Do you offer CEUs

Not at this time. But many instructors have successfully petitioned for CEUs using our documentation. We’re happy to help by writing a letter or providing what you need.​

What happens after 12 months?

Your membership simply ends. No automatic renewals. You’ll have the option to renew manually and stay connected to the community, get new content, and keep growing.

I finished the courses. Now what?

Amazing! Growth doesn’t stop at the final module. You can:
• Revisit any lessons at your own pace for deeper learning and integration

• Join our monthly masterclasses

• Participate in future challenges

• Stay active in the forum

Will I get 1:1 mentorship?

Yes. As you progress through the curriculum, you’ll unlock two private mentorship calls with Shay or one of our Conservatory coaches. These are personalized deep dives designed to support your growth, creativity, and impact.

Are there refunds?

All purchases are final. Here’s why: Inside the Conservatory, we share proprietary tools, techniques, and frameworks we don’t offer anywhere else. Once you see them, you can’t unsee them, and they change everything. That’s why we ask that only those who are truly committed enroll. We’re here to support you every step of the way.

What if I don’t log in for a while?

No problem. You can always pick back up when life allows, but we don’t offer refunds or pauses for inactivity. The best way to stay engaged is to join challenges, check in on the forum, and celebrate progress over perfection.

How long do I have access?

One year from your date of enrollment. This is a learning arc, not a subscription you forget about. You’ll always know where you are in the journey, and you’ll have support along the way.

No. Conservatory content is licensed to individual members only. But we do have generous team discounts and referral perks- just ask us!

What if I already have 5 certifications?
